His diet plan does not tell you what to eat and when. It’s much more practical and sensible. It is based on how to choose a diet that will work for your sign, a diet that compliments your predominant characteristics.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

You are a passionate person – great at starting things. Unfortunately, once the thrill of launching something has become routine, you lose interest. Like a child, you now look for the next shiny object. You are intense and curious, and need an eating-plan that is short and intense. In other words, think circuit training and small meals all day long. You’re also fiercely competitive, so invite your friend to join you to keep you on track.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

You can go the distance, and the longer the road, the more you like it. Unfortunately, your love of predictability means that you have no trouble in doing sedentary work and eating familiar, comfort foods. Consequently, you pack on the pounds easily. You need a predictable diet plan. It may be boring, but if you get results, you don’t mind it.

Gemini (May 21-June 21)

It’s rare that you would gain much weight in the first place, but, perhaps, your pure sign has been compromised by other zodiac influences. So if you do need to lose weight, find something purifying, detailed, organized, and pragmatic. Consider a vegetarian diet or even a fruitarian diet.

The diplomatic field was probably invented by a Libra in the early days of the birth of civilization, when kings decided that getting along with other rulers might have a few fringe benefits. Since you are such a congenial soul, you need to diet with someone who can keep you on track. Although you represent the balance of the scale, it’s easy for you to feel overwhelmed without support.

You have so much will-power that you need a diet that tests you. Find something extreme that few people would be willing to try out, something that awakens your will to win.
